(306) 533-2984Crystal is a registered social worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers, completing her Bachelor of Social Worker in 2007 through the University of Regina. Crystal has 20 years of experience working with children, youth and families in a clinical mental health setting. She has experience providing therapy and doing outreach work with youth and families in crisis. Her passion is working with individuals and families in order to be successful in the home, work and in their day to day life. Crystal works from a trauma informed lens and offers a wholistic approach to her therapy. Crystal has taken various training sessions related to Perinatal Mood Disorders and has personal experience with helping LGBTQ2S navigate the health care system. She is a trained Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and End of Life Doula. Crystal is dedicated to assisting young people and their families, working with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of their health.
