Myriah Mulvogue

Myriah Mulvogue, M.A., R.Psych.

Registered Psychologist

Myriah is a Registered Psychologist with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and has Authorized Practice Endorsement, which allows her to provide psychological diagnoses for children and adolescents within her areas of practice. She completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Regina in 2012 and has extensive experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families in community mental health and educational settings.

Myriah brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed lens to her work with teens and families. She has particular experience supporting young people and caregivers who have been impacted by intergenerational trauma, complex family stress, anxiety, mood concerns, emotion regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related symptoms. She is known for being caring, down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, and easy to talk to.

Myriah currently provides therapy for adolescents at Dragonfly. She also has extensive experience in psychological assessments for young people ages 6–21, including concerns related to trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, cognitive difficulties, disruptive behaviours, and emotional regulation. Her assessment background continues to shape her therapy work, helping her look beyond surface behaviours to better understand the many individual, family, school, peer, and community factors that may be contributing to a young person’s struggles.

Myriah’s approach is client-centred, affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. She works to create a safe and respectful space where teens feel understood, while also helping families make sense of what is happening and identify a clearer path forward.

Good Fit For

Myriah may be a good fit for teens who need a therapist who is warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental, especially when concerns are connected to trauma, family stress, anxiety, mood changes, emotional overwhelm, or complex life circumstances. Her assessment background can be especially helpful for families who want support that looks at the bigger picture, not just the behaviour they are seeing on the surface.

Myriah's practice is currently near capacity, and she accepts a limited number of new clients on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Dragonfly to inquire about availability or waitlist options.
