Megan has over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, adults, couples, and families across a variety of settings, including clinical mental health, crisis intervention, outreach, and community-based support services. Her background includes providing therapy, resource navigation, and support to individuals and families navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges.
Megan works from a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming approach, with a strong focus on helping clients feel heard, respected, and valued. She believes individuals are the experts in their own lives and strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where people can safely explore their experiences, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.
Megan enjoys supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and parents, including families navigating neurodivergence, emotional regulation challenges, relationship stress, and life transitions. She also has experience supporting parents of young children through collaborative, family-focused approaches.
