Darla Goettler

Darla Goettler, BSW, RSW

Registered Social Worker and Counsellor

Darla is a registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers and has over 30 years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, couples, and families in clinical mental health settings. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work degree at the University of Regina and received Master Trainer status in Suicide Intervention through LivingWorks Canada in 2011.

Throughout her career, Darla has worked extensively with individuals and families navigating complex mental health concerns, family conflict, crisis situations, domestic violence, and chronic health challenges. Her experience includes many years supporting high-risk youth and providing suicide intervention training to other professionals across Saskatchewan.

Darla primarily enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and families — including adult children and parents navigating difficult relationship dynamics. Clients often appreciate her honest, direct, and practical approach. She believes meaningful change comes from creating a supportive space where people feel genuinely heard, while also being challenged to move forward in healthy ways.

Darla uses evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual and family, with the goal of helping clients build greater stability, confidence, connection, and resilience.
