Crystal has extensive experience providing therapy and outreach support to young people and families during times of crisis. She is known for her calm, kind, and steady presence, and works from a trauma-informed lens to help clients feel supported, understood, and less alone in what they are facing.
Crystal has a special interest in perinatal and postpartum mental health, and has completed additional training related to perinatal mood disorders. She is also a trained Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, and End-of-Life Doula. Crystal takes a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the connection between physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness.
Crystal is passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate challenges at home, at work, in relationships, and in daily life.
