Alisha enjoys supporting children, youth, adults, and families through life’s challenges with warmth, compassion, and practical strategies. Clients often describe her as calm, approachable, professional, and non-judgemental. She has extensive experience supporting young people with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns, and works collaboratively with families to help children and teens feel more understood, successful, and supported. She also enjoys working with young athletes navigating performance pressure, perfectionism, and stress. Alisha values parent involvement and believes caregivers play an important role in helping children build confidence, regulation, and coping skills.

Alisha is a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. Her background includes many years working with children, youth, and families in community and mental health settings, including supporting youth with complex needs, behavioural challenges, and high-stress family situations.
